This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on this website. By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand and accept all shipping terms below.

1. Global Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and fully displayed on the checkout page, based on destination country, package weight, dimensions and selected delivery method. We regularly launch limited-time shipping discounts and free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our site for customers to enjoy.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders submitted on weekends or local public holidays will start processing on the next working day.
Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times exclude order processing days and are for reference only:

  • Domestic local shipments: 5–7 business days
  • International overseas shipments: 7–16 business days
    Delays may occur uncontrollably due to customs inspections, holiday shopping peaks, regional logistics disruptions or extreme weather. We cannot guarantee fixed delivery dates under these special circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, you can track real-time logistics updates by entering your tracking number on our dedicated "Track Order" page.
If your tracking information stops updating for more than 5 working days, please contact customer support with your order number for follow-up investigation.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT and other local customs clearance fees are determined and charged by the customs authority of your receiving country. All such charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs, and shall be fully borne by the buyer. We are unable to predict, cover or reimburse any customs-related fees.

7. Lost, Damaged or Incomplete Packages

  • Damaged / missing items upon receipt: Take clear photos of the outer packaging and defective/missing goods within 48 hours after delivery, then send the photos and your order ID to support. We will arrange free replacement shipment or full refund after verification.
  • Packages confirmed lost by logistics carriers: Submit a support ticket with your order number, and we will initiate a logistics investigation and provide corresponding compensation solutions.

8. Shipping Address Modifications

Address change requests are only acceptable within 12 hours after order placement, before the parcel is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, address revisions cannot be completed. Please double-check your shipping name, address and postal code carefully before paying for your order.
