Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all goods purchased through this website. By completing checkout and receiving your order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package.
  • Items eligible for return must remain unused, unwashed, unmarked, undamaged, and intact in their full original packaging, including all attached tags, accessories, instruction manuals and spare parts. Products with obvious wear, stains, scratches, self-modified damage or missing original packaging will not qualify for a full refund.
  • The following goods are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances: custom personalized products, clearance final-sale items, disposable single-use goods, and goods damaged due to improper assembly, misuse or long-term wear.

2. How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Contact customer support via website live chat or support email, provide your unique order number and clear photos of the items you intend to return.
  2. Our support team will review your application and send you an official authorized return address within 24 working hours.
  3. Do not send goods back without prior approval. Unauthorized returned parcels will be refused delivery and cannot be processed for refunds.

3. Responsibility for Return Shipping Fees

  • If you request a return due to personal preference (unsuitable size, mismatched style, changed mind), you shall bear all return shipping costs. The original delivery fee paid during checkout will not be reimbursed.
  • If goods arrive defective, damaged, incomplete, or inconsistent with the product description due to our production or packaging error, we will cover all return shipping expenses, or arrange free replacement delivery according to your preference.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  1. Once we receive and complete quality inspection of your returned package, inspection results will be confirmed within 3–5 business days.
  2. If your return is approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment channel (credit card, PayPal or other payment methods).
  3. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of your payment provider, generally taking 5–10 business days to show in your account balance.

5. Handling Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

If your parcel contains broken goods, manufacturing defects or missing parts upon arrival:

  1. Take complete clear photos of the outer packaging and defective products within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  2. Send the photos together with your order ID to customer support for verification.
  3. After confirmation, we offer two solutions for your choice: free reshipment of brand-new replacement goods, or full monetary refund of the item price.

6. Rules for Bundled & Set Products

For product bundles and complete sets, only full-set returns are accepted. Individual pieces separated from a set cannot be returned separately unless the single piece has manufacturing defects. Partial refunds for unused individual items from a complete set are not supported.

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may fully cancel your order and receive a full refund within 12 hours after successful payment. If your package has already been dispatched, the standard return rules above will apply.

8. Policy Exclusions

We do not accept return applications submitted more than 30 days after delivery. Products damaged by improper installation, private modification, accidental collision or long-term daily wear are excluded from return and refund services.
